Senior Director of Business Performance

Job Summary

Leading the Business Performance, Transformation, and Data & Analytics functions, the full-time remote Senior Director of Business Performance will drive organizational effectiveness, manage high-impact transformation initiatives, and develop executive dashboards to enhance business performance within Corporate Affairs.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and oversee the Corporate Affairs Business Performance function, defining its operating model and success metrics
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team focused on business performance and analytics
• Manage complex transformation initiatives in collaboration with the Corporate Affairs Leadership Team and enterprise partners

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 10 years in business performance, strategy, or related fields
• Significant experience in business performance, transformation, and operational excellence within a global organization
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from assessment through implementation
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, and technology-enabled operating models
• Experience in biotechnology, biopharma, or highly regulated industries is preferred
