Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer strategy for critical US-based customers, focusing on long-term value and relationship health
• Collaborate with the Business Strategy team and other departments to define and operationalize customer-specific strategies
• Serve as the executive point of accountability for complex customer relationships, including escalations and renewal risks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail media, ad tech, or related strategy roles
• Experience within a retailer or commerce media business is preferred
• Proven track record in driving growth and retention for large, complex accounts
• Ability to influence senior customer stakeholders
• Familiarity with complex API-driven ad tech ecosystems
