Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP stabilization and ensure operational performance across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and program operations
• Optimize enterprise systems integration and manage data flows between applications while enforcing compliance and governance
• Develop and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10-15+ years of enterprise systems leadership experience
• Hands-on expertise with Infor LN / CloudSuite ERP
• Experience in manufacturing environments and managing ERP integrations
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
