Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Business Transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead deal structuring and negotiation for asset licensing, M&A, and venture financing
• Collaborate with the Search & Evaluation team to assess opportunities and maximize portfolio value
• Draft, negotiate, and execute term sheets and contracts while conducting financial and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in deal structuring and negotiation within biotech or pharma
• Proven track record of leading complex transactions from inception to execution
• Strong financial and strategic acumen to assess deal economics and risk
• Deep understanding of legal frameworks governing biotech and pharma transactions
• JD, MBA, or advanced degree in life sciences, finance, or a related field preferred
