Senior Director of Business Transformation

Job Summary

Leading strategic business transformation programs with enterprise impact, the full-time Senior Director of Business Transformation will manage a team, act as a trusted advisor to leadership, and drive governance and performance improvement initiatives across Appeals & Grievances functions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provides leadership to a team, guiding the business toward operational efficiency and adherence to Business Transformation Methodology
• Collaborates with senior management to identify new initiatives, develop strategies, and execute enterprise-wide transformation assessments
• Manages a diverse business transformation portfolio, ensuring superior quality product delivery and maximizing ROI through effective resource allocation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 9+ years of experience in process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, or organizational change management
• Experience in supporting Appeals functions within enterprise healthcare operations is strongly preferred
• Consulting experience is preferred
• Certifications in Organizational Change Management, Six Sigma, or PMP are preferred
