Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, the full-time Senior Director of Campaigns will oversee content development and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities and buyer journeys
- Build and scale a content engine that produces high-quality, derivative assets to support campaign objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of campaign managers and content professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on campaign and content strategy
- 5+ years of experience in people leadership, managing campaign and content teams
- Proven ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, SEO, and digital content strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales, and product teams
