Required Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience managing federal government business development and capture teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related technical field
• Proven success in growing business and winning contracts valued over $300M
• Experience with competitive analysis and strategic pricing
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work with senior business and government leaders
