Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of DOD Capture Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead winning strategies for complex federal opportunities
• Oversee capture efforts and manage a team of capture managers
• Create thorough capture plans and enhance capture strategies through milestone reviews

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in federal government business development and capture management
• Familiarity with DoD agencies and a proven track record of winning DoD work
• Experience winning large-scale programs over $50M in the federal government
• Bachelor's degree in a related or technical field
• Experience with competitive analysis and developing account and capture plans
