A company is looking for a Senior Director of DOD Capture Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute winning strategies for complex federal opportunities
• Oversee capture efforts and lead a team of capture managers
• Drive the development of capture plans and enhance capture strategies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in federal government business development and capture management
• Proven track record of winning large-scale programs over $50M
• Experience with multiple award vehicles valued greater than $500M
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or technical degree
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
