Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Care Experience to lead the design and performance of specialty care solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve specialty care offerings, including Surgery, Cancer, and Expert Medical Opinions
• Lead growth and commercialization efforts across employer and health plan segments
• Build and manage high-performing provider networks and partnerships

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in clinical program leadership or value-based care
• Deep expertise in surgery, oncology, or expert medical opinion programs
• Proven track record in building and scaling healthcare programs
• MBA, MPH, or advanced clinical degree preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare economics and payer-provider dynamics
