Job Summary
Shaping the future of category leadership, the full-time Senior Director of Category Leadership will define and execute the long-term growth strategy, translating data into actionable insights that influence sales and marketing decisions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute the long-term category leadership vision and growth strategy, driving commercial decisions across departments
- Serve as the executive-level category voice with top retailers, developing customer-specific growth strategies and data-backed recommendations
- Build and lead a high-performing Category Leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Category Management or Commercial Strategy within CPG, particularly in branded food or snacks
- 6+ years of people leadership experience, including developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in data platforms such as SPINS, Circana/IRI, and NielsenIQ
- Strong command of space management, planogram logic, and assortment optimization
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative or commercial field preferred
