Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director CDI and Coding, responsible for managing revenue cycle improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee internal and vendor-managed revenue cycle functions
• Foster collaboration between executive leaders and external stakeholders
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare Administration and/or Operations
• 8 years of leadership experience
• 10+ years of experience in ICD10 Coding and hospital coding guidelines
• 10+ years of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) best practices
