Senior Director of CDI and Coding

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director CDI and Coding - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage revenue cycle functions performed internally and by vendors, fostering collaboration among stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate enhancements to drive efficiency and performance
• Establish performance standards and act as a point of contact for revenue cycle issues, ensuring timely resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Finance, or a relevant area, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare Administration and/or Operations, emphasizing management
• 8 years of leadership experience
• 10+ years of background in ICD10 Coding and hospital coding guidelines
• 10+ years of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) best practices
