Senior Director of CDI and Coding

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director CDI and Coding, responsible for managing revenue cycle improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage revenue cycle functions performed by internal and external parties
• Foster collaboration among executive leaders and stakeholders to align goals and expectations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure continuous performance enhancement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Finance, or a relevant area
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare Administration and/or Operations
• 8 years of leadership experience
• 10+ years of experience in ICD10 Coding and hospital coding guidelines
• 10+ years of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) best practices
