Senior Director of CDI and Coding

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director CDI and Coding who will manage revenue cycle improvement initiatives for CDI and Coding functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage revenue cycle functions performed internally and by vendors
• Foster collaboration among executive leaders and external stakeholders to align goals
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate enhancements to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Finance, or a relevant area
• 10 or more years of progressive experience in Healthcare Administration and/or Operations
• 8 years of leadership experience
• 10 or more years of experience with ICD10 Coding and hospital coding guidelines
• 10 or more years of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) best practices
