Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Change Management consultants, overseeing people management and professional development
• Develop and manage the practice's delivery playbook and ensure high-quality project delivery
• Design and facilitate executive-level workshops to guide clients through transformation challenges

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Management Consulting or leading a professional services practice focused on organizational change
• Proven success in recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
• Extensive experience in running design-thinking or strategy workshops
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and establish credibility with C-level executives
