Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in Management Consulting or leading a professional services practice focused on organizational change
- Proven success in recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Extensive experience in running design-thinking or strategy workshops
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and establish credibility with C-level executives
