Job Summary

Senior Director of Channel Sales, a full-time position, is responsible for leading the indirect revenue strategy, managing channel teams, and driving growth through existing and new partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee channel sales policies and growth initiatives across two teams
  • Manage and mentor a team of Directors and Sellers to enhance sales performance
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new channel partners to expand market reach
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 5 years in channel sales or partner management
  • Experience managing a multi-tiered sales organization
  • Familiarity with the transportation, logistics, or fleet management software industries
  • Proven success in negotiating large-scale contracts with channel partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
