Senior Director of Chapters

Job Summary

Leading the strategic vision for a nationwide Chapter Network, the full-time Senior Director of Chapters will oversee program impact, manage a team, and drive initiatives to mobilize youth for mental health advocacy in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conceive and implement strategic goals for the Chapter Network, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and measurable outcomes
• Directly manage and develop a team, fostering leadership capacity and overseeing the hiring of new staff
• Collaborate across departments to enhance program effectiveness, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in campus organizing, youth mobilization, or network management within a nonprofit environment
• Proven track record in managing people managers and building high-performing teams
• Demonstrated success in scaling programs with a focus on equity and measurement
• Experience representing an organization externally, including funder relationships and partnership development
• Familiarity with Microsoft & Google products, online meeting tools, and experience with Salesforce or other content management systems
