A company is looking for a Senior Director of Claims Product Management to lead the strategic direction and execution of its claims product portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience in strategy, claims, and product management, with 6+ years in a leadership role
• 5+ years of experience and deep understanding of the P&C insurance claims lifecycle and technologies
• Proven track record of developing and launching innovative product solutions
• Highly motivated and resourceful with experience in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing product teams
