Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Client Engagement to oversee the Account Service function within its in-house advertising agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the client services team and manage a portfolio of key internal clients
• Oversee project intake, prioritization, and workflow management within the agency
• Collaborate with clients to develop and execute effective marketing communications strategies

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Advertising or Business preferred
• 10+ years of experience at a full-service ad agency
• Strong knowledge of the client's business and industry
• Experience working in a matrix management environment
• FINRA fingerprinting required
