Job Summary

Building strong relationships with executive partners, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Client Management will develop tailored account strategies, serve as a trusted advisor, and leverage data insights to enhance client experiences while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and drive client strategy by developing and executing tailored account strategies that align client goals with Cedar's business objectives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and effectively positioning Cedar's solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Commercial Strategy, and Operations to deliver seamless client experiences and identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, and/or consulting
  • Proven track record of building relationships with VP-level and above stakeholders in health systems
  • Experience securing contract renewals and/or expansions
  • Strong interest in the healthcare tech industry with the ability to understand and articulate product capabilities
  • Demonstrates a self-starter mentality with experience working across multiple internal departments
