Senior Director of Client Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Client Services to lead strategic client relationships and manage a team of Account Directors and Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team overseeing client portfolios, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities to introduce additional services to existing clients
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and coordinate service delivery across internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a marketing agency, preferably in digital performance marketing or eCommerce
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing client services teams
• Strong marketplace experience, particularly with Amazon or major retail platforms
• Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships
• Experience with retail media networks such as Walmart Connect or Target Roundel is a plus
