Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire trust and lead internal teams
• Proven technical abilities and experience with data management tools; Unify experience preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of AI fundamentals and experience with automation tools preferred
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones with a strategic mindset
