Job Summary
Driving strategic client relationships, the full-time Senior Director of Client Strategies will manage C-level engagements, oversee the renewal and RFP processes, and identify growth opportunities while working remotely from anywhere in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Direct client relationships with C-level contacts and pharmacy/supply chain departments
- Own the renewal/RFP process, developing proposals and negotiating deals to completion
- Conduct strategy sessions to uncover new profit drivers and ensure quarterly client business reviews
Required qualifications
- Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in account management and solution selling
- Four-year degree required
- Proven success in selling IT solutions and negotiating contracts
- Experience in strategic account management and consultative selling techniques
- Strong leadership skills and ability to interpret industry trends
