Key Responsibilities

• Drive account plan creation and client growth strategy in collaboration with Sales, Strategy, and Operations
• Lead a team to manage key performance metrics and improve client satisfaction and retention
• Implement client risk mitigation strategies and ensure timely contract renewals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in customer management within a healthcare environment
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrated knowledge in the healthcare industry, specifically in revenue cycle expertise
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to create alignment across cross-functional teams
• Self-starter with the aptitude to work autonomously and mentor teams
• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and new technologies for efficiency improvements
