Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of strategic and complex client relationships, the full-time Senior Director of Client Success will oversee client performance, lead recovery strategies for at-risk engagements, and engage with executive sponsors to ensure strong partnerships in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage strategic client relationships and lead action plans for performance challenges
- Provide regular updates to executive sponsors and engage them for strategic support when necessary
- Coordinate recovery strategies with Operations and leadership while tracking client health indicators
Required qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
- Experience managing large and complex client relationships
- Strong financial and operational analysis skills
- Executive-level communication skills
