Senior Director of Client Success

Job Summary

Driving client engagement and operational excellence, the full-time Senior Director of Client Success will manage client relationships, oversee service delivery, and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve strategic objectives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make final decisions on administrative and operational matters for assigned accounts, providing direction to leadership across various operations
• Participate in the development of methods and evaluation criteria for projects, ensuring budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements
• Regularly interact with executives and major customers, collaborating with sales and client services to achieve client engagement objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of relevant work experience in a client-facing role with leadership responsibilities
• Specific exposure to P&C insurance industry customer engagement management solutions
• Strong negotiating skills in client relationships and contract development
• Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels
