Job Summary
Driving client success strategies, the full-time remote Senior Director of Client Success will oversee client onboarding, contract fulfillment, and ongoing support while optimizing workflows and enhancing cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and manage a standardized Client Engagement Framework to enhance internal workflows and client relationships
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Management and Operations teams, ensuring the Voice-of-the-Client remains central to operational decisions
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiencies and deepen client retention
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; PMP or Six Sigma Certification preferred
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Force Effectiveness, or Project Management in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Proven experience in re-engineering operations using Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies
- High proficiency in data manipulation and operational capacity assessment
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
