Job Summary

Driving client success strategies, the full-time remote Senior Director of Client Success will oversee client onboarding, contract fulfillment, and ongoing support while optimizing workflows and enhancing cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and manage a standardized Client Engagement Framework to enhance internal workflows and client relationships
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Management and Operations teams, ensuring the Voice-of-the-Client remains central to operational decisions
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiencies and deepen client retention
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; PMP or Six Sigma Certification preferred
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Force Effectiveness, or Project Management in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Proven experience in re-engineering operations using Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies
  • High proficiency in data manipulation and operational capacity assessment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
