Senior Director of Client Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, PV Client Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage policies for the pharmacovigilance (PV) service line, including strategic planning and operational goals
• Lead client services and Indian teams, including monitoring resources, coaching staff, and collaborating with global teams
• Oversee client relations management, including negotiations, governance relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance, budgeting, or project management, preferably in the CRO industry
• Experience in supporting and writing RFI and RFP responses
• Strong knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry
• Expertise in Excel and Excel-based pricing tools; VBA experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
