Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Clinical Data Science.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise strategy for clinical data science, including predictive modeling and causal evaluation of clinical programs
• Develop and deploy advanced models to identify and prioritize members for clinical interventions
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists while ensuring models align with operational workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline or four years of experience in lieu of a degree; Master's Degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, statistics, or related fields
• Deep experience with predictive models using large healthcare datasets
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and causal inference methods
• Proficient in programming languages and tools such as Python, R, and SQL
