Senior Director of Clinical Denials

Job Summary

Focusing on quality assurance and process improvement, the full-time Senior Director of Clinical Denials will manage client health and satisfaction while ensuring production and quality metrics are met, all in a remote capacity with occasional travel for team meetings.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to meet client expectations and enhance team member engagement and performance
• Oversee the execution of team special projects to ensure quality outcomes for client health
• Calibrate audit processes and provide timely feedback on team member performance and development

Required qualifications:

• At least five years of relevant work experience, including direct people management
• Previous experience in a client-facing role within the healthcare domain, specifically in denials management
• Strong knowledge of the Revenue Cycle Management industry
• Experience managing a remote workforce is preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills, including functions such as vlookup and pivot tables
