Senior Director of Clinical Intelligence

Job Summary

To support a growing analytics team, the full-time remote Senior Director of Clinical Intelligence will own the ROI and clinical outcomes methodology, represent this methodology to payers, and lead a small team while engaging hands-on with research and methodology development.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop Foodsmart's ROI and clinical outcomes methodology, quantifying value delivered to members and payers
• Represent methodology to payers and external actuarial firms, defending the approach under technical scrutiny
• Lead the clinical research agenda, producing white papers and publications to enhance Foodsmart's market credibility

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in health economics, biostatistics, epidemiology, economics, or a related quantitative field; PhD preferred
• 12+ years of experience as a health economist or actuary, with proven ROI and value-based care methodology expertise
• Published research experience, including white papers or peer-reviewed work
• Hands-on expertise in causal inference and healthcare claims data analysis
• Experience presenting ROI and outcomes methodology to technical audiences and collaborating with clinical teams
