Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Clinical Site Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site care partner and site monitor resources to ensure study startup and management activities meet milestones
• Ensure compliance with patient safety and quality standards in clinical trial execution across designated regions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate clinical trial applications and site recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS with 12+ years of experience, MBA/MS with 10+ years, PhD/JD with 7+ years, or MD/DVM with 5+ years of experience
• Experience in people management and leading diverse teams
• Ability to influence and drive initiatives in a matrix environment
• Understanding of HR procedures and policies at both global and local levels
• Capability to coach and train direct reports effectively
