A company is looking for a Senior Director of Clinical Operations to provide global leadership for clinical program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee global clinical operations functions, ensuring studies are delivered on time and to high quality standards
• Act as the primary operational contact for sponsors, maintaining transparency and aligning strategies with client expectations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and oversee global resource forecasting, capacity planning, and budget management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
• Proven success in leading and inspiring global clinical operations teams
• Deep expertise in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trial regulations
• Extensive experience managing clinical trial budgets and vendor partnerships
