Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Country Head, Global Site & Study Operations Senior Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for study and site execution within the assigned geography
• Lead and develop the Country/Hub team to ensure performance and capability development
• Oversee country-level financial and operational management, ensuring accountability and value delivery

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree & 5 years of clinical execution experience or equivalent, OR
• Master's degree & 9 years of clinical execution experience or equivalent, OR
• Bachelor's degree & 11 years of clinical execution experience or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' experience directly managing people or leading teams/projects
• 12+ years work experience in life sciences, with significant clinical research experience preferred
