Job Summary

To support a growing specialty mental health provider, the full-time remote Senior Director of Clinical Operations will lead the operational strategy and performance of care delivery, ensuring alignment between patient demand and provider capacity while driving measurable outcomes in a high-growth healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operational performance across the patient journey, focusing on improving access, throughput, and care efficiency
• Lead provider capacity and workforce planning, developing forecasting models to align with patient demand
• Build performance management systems and reporting infrastructure to support organizational growth and executive decision-making

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations or related fields
• 3+ years of experience leading managers and operational teams
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling operational systems and performance management frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable operational strategies
• Experience in behavioral health, digital health, or high-growth healthcare organizations
