Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a team of Clinical Outreach Coordinators and Directors to ensure top performance
• Create and implement marketing and business development plans to attract clients
• Build relationships with referral partners and negotiate contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, social services, or education required
• Master's degree in business, social services, or education preferred
• Minimum of five years' experience in a healthcare position preferred, with a focus on behavioral health
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive business results through others
