Senior Director of Clinical Payments
Job Summary
Leading the strategic growth of the Flex Payments business, the full-time Senior Director of Clinical Payments will manage commercial strategy development, sponsor engagement, and operational oversight while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic growth plan for Flex Payments
- Support Business Development and Operational teams in identifying and converting Flex opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create fit-for-purpose payment solutions and ensure operational readiness
Required qualifications:
- At least 12 years of experience in CRO, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or related clinical research environments
- A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with demonstrated experience in Clinical Payments or related functions
- Experience in supporting sponsor-facing commercial activities and proposal development
- Proven ability to lead global and cross-functional initiatives
- Four-year college degree or equivalent skill sets and proven performance
