Senior Director of Cloud Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Infrastructure & Cloud Operations to lead the design, implementation, and management of its Cloud/SaaS platform and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design and implementation of SaaS/cloud operations and monitoring systems
• Lead a team of engineers in supporting private and public Cloud platforms
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of product releases ensuring high availability and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of experience in a Director or Senior Director role in SaaS/Cloud environments
• 5+ years of experience in 24x7x365 SaaS/Cloud Operations
• Hands-on platform engineering and/or SRE experience
• Proficient in infrastructure automation tools and DevOps principles
