Senior Director of Cloud Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Service Delivery, Cloud Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Cloud & Intelligent Support Managed Services
• Oversee day-to-day operations of managed Cloud services and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs
• Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic clients and lead client onboarding and service reviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Cloud services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in managing large-scale security operations and client engagements
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google
