Senior Director of Coalition Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the growth and revenue strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Coalition Strategy will advance skills-based hiring and economic mobility for STARs by driving strategic partnerships and expanding a national network of employers and organizations, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the design and evolution of the coalition, translating strategy into measurable business and mission impact
• Strengthen the Coalition's value proposition, grow membership, and increase revenue through strategic partnerships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engagement, Marketing, Communications, and Resource Mobilization teams to align growth and engagement efforts

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in coalition building, business development, or strategic partnerships
• Strong track record of revenue generation with senior executives across various partnership models
• Demonstrated ability to design and grow coalitions or networks through proactive recruitment and organic growth
• Deep understanding of the U.S. workforce ecosystem and the role of technology in hiring
• Proven executive presence and experience leading cross-functional teams in complex organizations
