Job Summary

Leading commerce strategy for major clients, the full-time Senior Director of Commerce will develop integrated growth plans, enhance the quality of the commerce practice, and drive innovation while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement multi-year commerce growth strategies aligned with client objectives and market realities
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring strategies lead to measurable business outcomes
• Oversee the use of commerce performance data to extract insights and develop strategic recommendations for clients

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in commerce, retail media, or ecommerce strategy
• Proven experience managing major client relationships and leading commerce strategies in dynamic environments
• Deep expertise in commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics
• Strong command of commerce-related data and KPI frameworks
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
