Senior Director of Commercial Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Commercial Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and operation of a Commercial Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) to improve commercial performance
• Establish standards for analytical rigor and oversee executive reporting and KPI management
• Partner with IT/Data teams to enhance data quality and implement master data management strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
• 12 years of experience in commercial analytics, strategy, insights, or commercial operations analytics
• 5 years of experience leading a commercial operations or analytics department
• Strong understanding of go-to-market processes and commercial systems
• Experience in Medical Technology, Pharmaceuticals, or Healthcare preferred
