Senior Director of Commercial Finance
Job Summary
To support a high-growth organization, the full-time remote Senior Director of Commercial Finance will lead the Commercial Finance function, providing strategic financial guidance, establishing commercial finance infrastructure, and overseeing revenue forecasting and performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary finance business partner to Commercial leadership, offering strategic financial guidance and decision support
- Lead commercial financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning
- Develop and maintain revenue forecasts and demand models, partnering with Commercial Accounting on pricing and market access strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A and commercial finance leadership experience
- Experience supporting commercial organizations within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization, pricing, reimbursement, and gross-to-net forecasting
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
