Senior Director of Commercial Operations

Job Summary

Senior Director of Commercial Operations is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading the development and execution of commercial strategies and operational plans to support the transition from a clinical-stage to a commercial-stage biopharma company.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize commercial capabilities for effective sales, marketing, and operational execution
• Establish business planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring systems to achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with IT and Supply Chain to ensure alignment of systems and inventory management with commercial needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimally a BA/BS; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry
• Experience in start-up environments
• Strong understanding of commercial operations in Oncology Rare Disease
• Proven leadership skills and project management experience
