Senior Director of Commercial Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end annual planning process, the full-time Senior Director of Commercial Strategy will centralize and drive key commercial strategy functions in a remote environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimizing sales performance through data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual planning process, including segmentation, territory alignment, and coverage design
• Define and execute commercial strategy while establishing governance frameworks and planning cadences
• Oversee financial modeling, forecasting, and cost-to-serve optimization in collaboration with finance teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy or sales strategy
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a matrixed organization
• Experience with annual planning, segmentation, and territory design
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and forecasting
