Job Summary
To strengthen product commercialization and launch strategies, the full-time Senior Director of Commercial Strategy will manage cross-functional collaborations, develop clear launch plans, and ensure field readiness while working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define target segments, buyer personas, and commercial readiness requirements for product launches
- Own launch planning for priority products and ensure customer-facing teams are prepared to support new offerings
- Track launch performance and synthesize learnings to inform product iteration and commercialization processes
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in GTM strategy, product commercialization, or related fields
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, or complex B2B products strongly preferred
- Proven ability to translate product capabilities into customer value and sales narratives
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience in partnering across various teams
- Comfort operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments where strategies are evolving
