Job Summary

Leading integrated launch planning for COMP360 in treatment-resistant depression, the full-time Senior Director of Commercial Strategy will coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure launch readiness while identifying future growth opportunities, working in a hybrid environment from the Jersey City office or remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own the integrated launch plan for COMP360, managing critical path milestones and interdependencies
• Lead cross-functional launch governance, establishing effective operating rhythms and status reporting
• Identify program risks and drive mitigation plans to maintain readiness timelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Significant experience in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial launch and program management
• Demonstrated success in driving launch readiness in regulated environments
• Strong project and program management capabilities, including governance and risk management
• Ability to influence across a matrixed organization and engage senior leaders effectively
