Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in sales operations and/or commercial leadership, with 8+ years of managerial experience
• Proven experience in leading commercial transformation initiatives within the medical device industry
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Experience with change management and driving organizational change
