Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an enterprise reputation management plan across various communication channels
• Create and implement innovative employee communications plans and support leadership visibility
• Oversee communications monitoring, reporting, and manage crisis communications as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 10+ years of related experience, with 7 years in staff management
• Experience in developing and executing communications campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong background in media relations and crisis communications
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across a matrix organization
